Each natural person may hold only one (1) active Account on pvpvip. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or IP addresses — is prohibited and may result in all associated Accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with balances withheld pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. pvpvip reserves the right to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
pvpvip may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Acceptable identity documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilHealth ID. Failure to complete KYC when required may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pvpvip Account credentials, including your username, password, and registered mobile number OTP. You agree to:
pvpvip will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pvpvip support immediately. pvpvip is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
pvpvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, UnionBank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit to a pvpvip Wallet is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your pvpvip Wallet in real time upon confirmation of successful payment. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay may take up to two (2) hours to reflect, depending on the relevant financial institution's processing times. pvpvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account settings as a responsible gaming tool. Limits set by a Player cannot be increased for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours following the request to increase them. pvpvip may also apply internal deposit limits to accounts as a risk management measure.
You may only deposit funds that you legally own and that are free from any third-party claims. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including fraud or money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Withdrawals are available only to verified Account holders who have made at least one qualifying deposit and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements is not permitted.
pvpvip processes withdrawal requests as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff; bank transfer withdrawals — one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule. pvpvip is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to pvpvip's discretion. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering compliance.
pvpvip reserves the right to require KYC document verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts. Withholding of withdrawal pending KYC completion does not constitute a denial of the withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by pvpvip are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are published at the point of the applicable promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated. Bonus Funds not used within the specified validity period will expire and be automatically removed from your Wallet. pvpvip will not reinstate expired bonus balances under any circumstances.

Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — cards, dice, roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers in monitored studio facilities. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game round or bet, pvpvip reserves the right to void all affected bets. Where technically feasible, pvpvip will refund voided bets to the affected Player's Wallet. pvpvip's decision regarding malfunction-related voids is final.

In general: bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided; pre-match bet markets close at the scheduled event start time; live in-play bets are accepted at pvpvip's discretion based on event data reliability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pvpvip and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination:
Zero Tolerance: pvpvip operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accounts involved in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and relevant information may be disclosed to Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
All content on the pvpvip platform — including but not limited to the pvpvip name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and trade dress — is the property of pvpvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pvpvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the pvpvip platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your pvpvip Wallet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pvpvip may suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if pvpvip has reason to believe that you have: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; provided false identity information; or are subject to a regulatory order requiring account action.
Upon Account closure, any verified cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and anti-money laundering review. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have balances withheld pending investigation. pvpvip will not return Bonus Funds under any circumstances upon Account closure.

Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. All remaining eligible cash balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the game round in question. pvpvip will review server logs, game records, and RNG certificates in investigating any such dispute. pvpvip's determination on game outcome disputes, made after review of available technical records, is final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through pvpvip's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
pvpvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to active Account holders via on-platform notification or email to the registered address associated with your Account.
